Business Ethics

Our business relations and business methods are based on compliance with legislation and the application of good business ethics. We demand honesty, transparency, and mutual trust. We prohibit bribery. We do not accept gifts and other benefits. And all employees must avoid any conflict of interest between private and professional issues.

To further explain these principles and educate Eltwinners, we have various policies that define our way of doing business. These include but aren’t limited to our seven CSR principles, our Workplace and Wellbeing Policy, our Whistleblowing Policy, and NIBE Group’s books on business principles, working methods, and values.

2022 Goal: All suppliers must sign a Business Code of Conduct.

2022 Result: 68.8 % of all suppliers signed a Business Code of Conduct.
