Welcome (back) to Eltwin, Henrik

We are pleased to welcome Henrik to Eltwin as our new Tech Lead.

For Henrik, joining Eltwin is not entirely new. In fact, he was part of the company 14 years ago.

During his previous time at Eltwin, he worked primarily with hardware development though returning 14 years later, his role has evolved significantly. As Tech Lead, he will now work across multiple projects, helping teams share knowledge, improve collaboration, and ensure technical solutions are implemented consistently throughout the organisation.

He holds a degree as an Electronics Technician from Aarhus University and brings many years of experience within electronics development, product realisation, and technical consultancy.

Although he already knew Eltwin, he has enjoyed his first few weeks of getting to know everyone and learning about the company.

"There has been a very structured onboarding process, and a lot has changed over the last 14 years. It has been great to visit the different departments and see how things are done today."

His first weeks have been spent getting to know both new colleagues and familiar faces. While many things have changed, he was surprised to see how many former colleagues are still at Eltwin.

"Most of the people I remember are actually still here, which is quite fun."

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through running and playing handball. While spending time playing in a band – but only for the sake of fun, we will not be seeing him at festivals any time soon.
