25 Years of Dedication: Klaus’ Journey at Eltwin Group

This year marks an incredible milestone for Klaus – 25 years with Eltwin Group. His story is one of growth, resilience, and a deep commitment to both quality and people. Klaus is today working as Product & Customer Quality Manager but has over the years had many different roles in Eltwin. Klaus is sure that he found his right place in quality.

Starting 25 years ago, Klaus has seen Eltwin evolve from a small team to part of the NIBE Group. Over the years, he has witnessed - and embraced - significant changes, including the acquisition by NIBE. While growth brought new challenges, Klaus saw opportunities rather than obstacles. “It’s about being open to change – not just as a company, but as individuals,” he reflects.

A key milestone was driving a cultural shift toward quality. “Early on, we didn’t understand root causes. Today, mistakes are learning opportunities,” Klaus reflects. His work has strengthened processes across Denmark, Poland, and Australia.

Beyond quality, Klaus has championed workplace well-being through AMO, balancing data-driven insights with genuine care for colleagues. “It’s like a family – challenging, but rewarding,” he notes. Klaus is today the chairman of AMO.

What’s the secret to 25 years? “Independence and curiosity,” Klaus says. After five roles, he feels at home and looks forward to the future: “If the next years are as exciting as the last, I’m in.” Klaus says with a smile.
