Welcome back Mette Schwarz Hansen

We’re excited to welcome Mette Schwarz Hansen back to Eltwin as a Production Planner in our Supply Chain team. After 1.5 years away, Mette returns with valuable experience and a strong connection to our company culture.

Mette is no stranger to Production planning – both before and now – and has in between gained skills in purchasing and sales coordination. With an education in Value Chain Management, Mette plays a key role as the link between departments and production, ensuring smooth processes across our Danish and Polish sites.

But why come back? For Mette, the answer is simple: great colleagues, a strong sense of community, and an energizing work environment. “You really feel part of something bigger here,” Mette says. The welcoming atmosphere, smiling colleagues and initiatives like Eltwin Young, has great value for Mette and make a difference when you spend many hours together.

Returning feels almost surreal: “It’s strange that 1.5 years have passed because everything feels so familiar, and everyone has welcomed me warmly.” With a fast onboarding and thorough initial training, Mette is ready to dive in and make an impact once again.
