Welcome to Magnus Bisgård Franks and Carsten Søgaard Madsen

We’re expanding our R&D department with two new colleagues, Magnus and Carsten, both as Hardware Engineers.

Magnus has a degree in Electronics Engineering from Aarhus University. With a background as an electronics technician as well, he brings both hands-on and academic experience to the role.

“It’s great to be in a place where there’s a short path from idea to the finished product – and where you’re close to testing, production, and colleagues across departments,” says Magnus.

Magnus spends his free time with his wife and two young children.

Carsten brings over 20 years of hardware development experience, having worked on a wide range of projects – from scientific instruments and autonomous robots to audio systems and safety-critical equipment for the oil and gas industry.

“What appealed to me was how much is handled under one roof – development, production, purchasing, and sales. It shortens the path from decision to action and creates a strong team dynamic,” Carsten explains.

In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family and building hi-fi gear.
