Welcome to Henrik Færch and Jens Henrik Andreasen

We’re excited to welcome two new colleagues to Eltwin’s R&D team: Jens Henrik Andreasen and Henrik Færch.

Jens Henrik joins us with a strong background in engineering and business development. At Eltwin, as Project Manager/Business Development, Jens Henrik will initially take on the responsibility of managing projects in R&D for external customers, while also preparing to support future business development activities. He’s excited about being a part of developing Eltwin into new markets:

Jens Henrik already feels at home in the Eltwin culture and appreciates the collaborative atmosphere and open-minded colleagues. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking and plan to take the bike to work a few times a week.

Henrik brings many years of experience in project and team leadership. At Eltwin, he will, as Head of Projects, R&D, play a key role in driving structure and stability within the R&D department, ensuring the team continues to operate efficiently and with a long-term focus. He’s motivated by the combination of human interaction and technical development:

Henrik highlights the positive and welcoming atmosphere at Eltwin, and the way people support each other across teams. When not at work, he spends his time cycling and working on creative DIY and renovation projects.
