Enhancing Employee Well-Being with Insight Profiles

The well-being of our employees is a top priority in turbulent times. Therefore, we applied for funds from the Velliv Foundation at the end of last year. Luckily, we were fortunate to be awarded funds to conduct Insight Profile analysis and work shops facilitated by El-Kholy Consulting.

The Insight Profiles will provide us with a deeper understanding of individual strengths and preferences, while also exploring our shared potential. Our hope is that getting to know both our own and our colleagues' profiles will improve collaboration, communication, and, ultimately, well-being. We can't wait to get started soon!
