Laying the foundation for students to explore new opportunities

At Eltwin, we take pride in contributing to the education of young students and providing them with a solid foundation for their future careers. One of the individuals who has greatly benefited from her time with us is Nicole Hebel Stauersbøll Kristensen. Over the past few years, she has been part of our team as a student assistant and intern, and she has recently completed her bachelor’s with us. Now, she has taken the next step into a new student job, where she can apply the skills and experiences gained at Eltwin.

For Nicole, her time at Eltwin has been marked by learning, responsibility, and opportunities. She describes how she has interacted with various departments and colleagues to identify their needs and deliver solutions that create value.

“I’ve had the opportunity to be part of projects where I truly felt I contributed. It has helped me discover what I’m passionate about and where I want to go next in order to explore where my future career lies,” Nicole says.

Nicole highlights that her time at Eltwin has made it easier to bridge the gap between theory and practice. “It’s great that you don’t just get the ‘easy tasks,’ but are truly involved in important processes,” she shares.

Nicole also emphasizes how much the social community at Eltwin has meant to her. “Knowing your colleagues and having a strong social network has been a big part of my time here. It’s something I truly take with me and will continue to build on in my new job,” she says.
