Bachelor Projects Enhancing Eltwin's Supply Chain

At Eltwin Group, two student groups from VIA are currently working on their final bachelor projects as part of their Value Chain Management education. Nicole and Emilia, already student assistants and former interns at Eltwin, are leading projects with their fellow students aimed at strengthening our supply chain and workflows.

Emilia and Annemette are focused on improving our supply chain resilience. They will meet with key stakeholders to align the company’s vision and identify strengths and weaknesses. A large meeting will be held to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding supply chain resilience in line with our 2030 game plan.

Nicole, Maja, and Yasmin are examining Eltwin’s value chain, aiming to align it with the company’s strategy by developing a KPI system. They will study various processes and future needs to create an optimal measurement framework, collaborating closely with key figures in each department.

Both teams are contributing to strengthening Eltwin’s supply chain, leveraging academic insights and practical collaboration to secure a stronger future by 2030.
