Supply Chain Kicks Off Monthly Innovation Day

Last Friday, our supply chain department had a somewhat different workday. The department gathered for the first Innovation Day at Eltwin, a day filled with collaboration, inspiration, and lots of energy – exactly what innovation should be!

At Eltwin, we are constantly evolving and believe that changes should be driven by our employees. Therefore, one Friday each month will be dedicated to innovation, creativity, and cross-departmental projects.

The goal of this first day was to establish a series of exciting projects and tasks that we will continue to work on in the coming Fridays. Everything is based on the gameplan we developed together during our strategy day in the fall. Along with a lot of creative brainstorming, we now have a pool of tasks that we are looking forward to work with.
