Insightful Progress in Customer Satisfaction Survey

Our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey reveals significant progress, highlighting the results of our team's efforts and the important feedback from our customers. This year, our overall satisfaction score has improved from 7.05 to 7.71, edging closer to our target of 8.50.

Our delivery performance has seen an increase from 7.8 to 8.2, reflecting our commitment to timely and reliable service, though we continue to strive for a perfect score of 10. Similarly, our customers experience of our product quality has risen from 8.0 to 8.4. While our aim remains a score of 10.0, this growth indicates our ongoing efforts to enhance our offerings.

We're also glad to report a significant rise in how you perceive our sustainability efforts, with scores jumping from 8.3 to 9.0. Achieving a full score of 10 in sustainability remains a critical goal for us. Additionally, the overall assessment of our partnership with our customers has improved, with scores moving up from 7.9 to 8.5, drawing near our objective of 9.0.

However, we acknowledge there are areas where improvements are necessary. We are actively implementing measures to improve these areas.
