Welcome to Simon Holt Olsen and Kristian Buchwald Pedersen

We are very pleased to welcome Simon Holt Olsen as Project Manager and Kristian Buchwald Pedersen as Hardware Engineer, both joining our R&D department.

As Project Manager, Simon will focus on facilitating processes and workflows. With an educational background in power electronics and drives, he possesses valuable technical insight into the projects he manages. Before pursuing his engineering career, Simon spent 10 years in the military.

“I was seeking a workplace that would challenge me in project management within my engineering field. Eltwin's good work-life balance is the cherry on top for me,” says Simon about his new position.

During his spare time, Simon enjoys spending time with friends and family, and he is currently renovating their home.

Kristian completed his master's in power electronics and drives last year but spent most of the past year traveling. Together with his girlfriend, he explored various climbing spots across Europe and Canada. At Eltwin, Kristian works with hardware engineering as he also has previous experience working with.

“I am thrilled to be a part of Eltwin and its work culture. Being new to the job and Aarhus in general, having numerous social activities is quite nice,” says Kristian about his start at Eltwin.

Outside of work, Kristian frequently visits the local climbing club, enjoying the community spirit.
