Controls gaining personal insights

Last week, Eltwin Controls started a personal insight course with the aim of getting better self-awareness and team bonding.

As a new department at Eltwin, Controls is developing advanced electronics and motor controls for the industrial sector.

Sales Manager, Lars Schjønning, and the entire Controls team were hired within the past year, making it crucial to invest extra effort in strengthening the unity and understanding among the team members.

- The personal insights gained from the course is valuable and enlightening for us and our hope is that it will contribute to a more engaged and efficient work culture within the department, Lars says.

The course focuses on going deeper into self-understanding and gaining insights into others. This is a vital element in building robust and productive teams, enhancing communication, and fostering a positive work dynamic. By expanding our knowledge of ourselves and our colleagues, we can optimize our interactions and achieve better results.
