Welcome to Jacob Offersen

We are glad to welcome Jacob, who joins our R&D department as Software Engineer. Jacob is a part of developing software for Drives and says about his new position:

“I find it very exciting to get the chance to work with data-based optimization in an environment that allows me to immerse myself in a project. At the end of the day, I don’t want to go home, simply because I enjoy what I do”.

Jacob has previous experience working with software for production machines along with a Master in Electronics from University of Southern Denmark. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys bouldering and, believe it or not, working with software and data analysis. As Jacob says himself, he is a good example of having a hobby as a job and vice versa.

We are very happy to have Jacob on board and congratulate him on his new position.
