Increasing safety and ensuring zero accidents

Every year in Poland, we organize an educational campaign on health and safety for our employees. This year, we focused on the goal of our policy: We strongly encourage our employees to report near misses to ensure zero accidents. If we notice a potential accident, we will analyze it and introduce countermeasures to avoid it. A very important and preventive tool in Eltwin.

Emilia Szalewicz is a part of the National Association of OSH Workers (OSPSBHP) in Poland, where the skills of OSH specialists are developed and where they can share good practices. At this year’s health and safety seminar Emilia presented the campaign on near misses, with great success and inspiration for others to put focus on workplace safety.
