New info screens with our KPIs

We have implemented new info screens, which show our Key Performance Indicator, KPIs, for selected processes in the departments in Denmark and Poland.

Our Sales Manager Ole Kjærsgaard Mortensen says, “Our info screens make it possible for everyone at Eltwin to follow how things are going for the company. On our info screens, everyone can get a quick overview of our overall KPIs. If there is something that "flashes red", it is possible with a few taps on the touch screen to analyze and dive further into the causes. For us at Elwin, it is crucial that the employees take responsibility for the company. This is done to a large extent through involvement.”

It is part of creating good results and meeting our goals by involving our employees in the process. A process to constantly improve and optimize our work procedure.
