Strategy 2025 KickOff

With the internal launch of our new ambitious strategy named Strategy2025 at our site in Risskov, Denmark, we increase our focus developing high tech and energy-saving products for climate protection and on organic growth.

In order to generate a shared understanding of where The Eltwin Group is heading, the launch was a mix of strategy presentation and several organizational question sessions.

The strategy planning started months ago with employee involvement in team workshops and ended up with strategic objectives, a roadmap and strategic initiatives.

The motivational speaker Michael Brautsch finalized the day with his powerful talk about job satisfaction and organizational change in the most inspirational way.
