Eltwin Group is accelerating its growth in the European HVAC and heat pump markets. We are now hiring two experienced Sales Managers to drive expansion through technical solution selling and long-term partnerships with OEM customers.
Two strategic roles available:
- Sales Manager - OEM Power Electronics for heat pump application (Europe)
Focus on embedded controls and power modules tailored for heat pump applications. - Sales Manager - OEM Power Electronics for ventilation and motor application (Europe)
Focus on drives and converters for broader HVAC and industrial pump systems.

About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of new business development in your segment. You’ll engage OEM customers early in the sales cycle, co-create tailored solutions, and build strategic partnerships that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new OEM customers across European export markets
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using Eltwin’s value-based sales tools
- Engage decision-makers at both technical and commercial levels
- Lead the full early-phase sales journey – from first contact to signed strategic agreements
- Represent Eltwin at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
- Develop customer-specific value propositions (e.g., EMC, F-Gas, sustainability, total system cost)
- Collaborate internally to refine and evolve Eltwin’s Sales Operating Model
- This is an individual contributor position. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance but does not manage staff
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within OEM components or solutions for HVAC, heat pumps, or industrial controls
- Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions and communicate them clearly and convincingly – both verbally and in writing
- Strong client acquisition mindset – you’re not afraid to knock on doors, challenge the status quo, and initiate contact with new OEM customers
- Persistent and self-driven – able to handle rejection and long sales cycles without losing momentum or motivation
- Highly proactive with strong initiative – able to identify opportunities, take action, and drive progress without waiting for leads or instructions
- Skilled in engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Fluent in both German and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willing to travel extensively across Europe – approximately 80–100 travel days per year
