The inrush current cannot be measured by a typical current meter. To verify LRA reduction in a field installation, technicians will require a device that can capture inrush current and display this LRA value in a digital readout. FLUKE® 375 Clamp Meter is one such tool that is available for field use. Should the current be correctly measured and there is no improvement in inrush current, please check the connections are correct and secure and note if there are any visible flash codes on the LED light. Please contact Tech Support with the findings.
