Welcome to Stefan Scholten

We are pleased to welcome Stefan as our new R&D Hardware Engineer at Eltwin.

Stefan joined Eltwin in February and is therefore still relatively new to the organization. Prior to joining Eltwin, he worked with similar technical tasks and brings great experience. Stefan has a Master in Power Electronics and Drives from Aalborg University, knowledge he is now able to apply at Eltwin.

In his new role at Eltwin, the focus is on day-to-day technical work and cross-department collaboration, where he enjoys working in project-based teams.

He describes his first time at Eltwin as a very good start and appreciates that time has been set aside for onboarding, especially the conversations with all the department managers and appreciates that time was allocated for these meetings. The atmosphere has been very welcoming, making it easier to settle into everyday work, even with many new names to remember.

“You don’t understand everything right away, but it makes a lot of sense to get an idea of what’s going on across the organization - on the other side of the road aswell.”

Outside of work, the past period has mainly been spent moving and settling into life in Aarhus. He hopes to get back into running again soon - perhaps in Eltwin’s own running club.
