Welcome to Søren Rusbjerg Andersen, Johannes Temnæs and Anna Brandt Nielsen

We’re excited to welcome three new team members who recently joined Eltwin: Søren, Johannes, and Anna.

Søren joins Eltwin as a Software Engineer in our R&D department. He brings extensive experience from the wind turbine industry, where he worked with converters on a much larger scale, as well as a period as a consultant. Skills that will bring great value to Eltwin.

Outside of work, Søren enjoys staying active and exploring new hobbies. He is passionate about orienteering and during summer, you’ll find him windsurfing. Recently, he has also started learning to play the guitar.

Søren says about his new position: “It’s super easy to settle in here - everyone is so helpful and welcoming.”

Johannes joins Eltwin as Cybersecurity & GRC Specialist, moving from an internship into a full-time role. Johannes enjoys finding solutions that keep systems secure while remaining user-friendly - a challenge he finds both exciting and meaningful.

He’s been with us for about two months and says about his time here so far “I’ve already had many exciting tasks and feel well integrated. “I think I joined at a great time with lots of events - it made it easy to get to know people.”

Outside of work, Johannes practices jujitsu twice a week. When he’s not training, he enjoys life in Aarhus - spending time with friends, joining pub quizzes, and making the most of the city.

Anna is a Student Worker in Sales and Marketing. She’s passionate about combining her communication background with IT-related tasks, such as optimizing websites and making tech accessible to non-technical users. Anna recently started her Master’s in Information Science, after completing a Bachelor’s in Business Communication.

Her first months at Eltwin have been full of positive experiences as she says: “Joining at the right time with a lot of events made it easy to connect - knowing colleagues outside work really helps collaboration”.

Outside of work and studies, Anna loves crossfit and exploring her creative side - currently through air-dry clay projects and knitting, though she admits her hobbies change often.
