Welcome to Gert Kæseler Noermark

We are excited to welcome Gert Kæseler Noermark as the new Head of SW in our R&D department at Eltwin. Gert brings extensive experience in software development and technical leadership and will play a key role in evolving our software organization, ensuring that projects and strategic direction are well aligned and scalable for the future.

Gert began his career as an engineer in 2008 and has since held various roles such as Software Developer, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team Lead, and Domain Architect. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in developing smart electricity meters, driving complex projects, and building strong teams.

“I really appreciate the open and friendly culture here. People are welcoming, and you quickly get the sense that it’s a place where you’re heard and where decisions can move forward.” Says Gert about his first weeks working at Eltwin.

Outside of work, Gert loves spending time and going camping with his family, including their dog Molly – not to forget. And who knows – he might soon join colleagues for a friendly game of padel on the nearby court.
