Should we keep talking about the young employees?
Yes - we should!
Did you know that 81% of young employees find it easier to perform at work when they feel good around their colleagues? And that 50% highlight that a strong sense of community with their colleagues is one of the most important factors in their working life?
We had the pleasure of attending the book reception for Forkælede Unge - Fordomme og fakta om fremtidens arbejdsstyrke (Spoiled Youth - Prejudices and Facts about the Workforce of the Future), where we are proud to share that our youth network, Eltwin Young, is featured in an article titled "En klub for de unge: Pizza, Padle og Personlige Relationer" (A Club for the Young: Pizza, Paddle, and Personal Relationships).
In the book, our Marketing Manager, Malin Conradsen, and Head of People and Culture, Malene Darre, were interviewed about how we strive to make the transition into working life easier for young people through a social network like Eltwin Young.
We are both proud and excited to inspire other companies to create initiatives that support young employees in their first jobs. We believe that a strong social network fosters security, community, and motivation—and we hope our experiences can encourage more companies to take similar steps.
