We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer

For our site in Stargard (zachodniopomorskie), PL, and with reference to the Group Quality Director, we are currently looking for Quality Engineer who will be a part of our quality team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily oversight of process and product quality,
  • Participate in product approval process (PPAP),
  • Handling 8D and 5Y complaints,
  • Solving quality problems and implementing corrective actions using quality tools like (PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto etc.),
  • Participation in preparation of quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan) and creation of work instructions,
  • Monitoring, reporting and analyzing quality indicators,
  • Daily cooperation with other departments of the company in Denmark and Poland,
  • Improvement of the quality system in order to meet customer requirements and ensure product quality
  • Participation in the implementation of changes (opinionating changes, verifying the effectiveness of changes),
  • Conducting internal audits and supervision of 5S

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in quality management in a manufacturing plant (experience in electronics or related industry preferred),
  • Higher technical education,
  • Ability to work in a team, analytical skills, openness to knowledge and continuous development,
  • Practical knowledge of tools: Control Plan, Flow Chart, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, 5Why,
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel

Additional advantage will be:

  • Knowledge of quality management system,
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools,
  • Practical knowledge of analyzing production/process quality factors,
  • Practical knowledge of tools: APQP, SPC
